Processing Times

Because our products are handmade, orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

We ship through trusted carrier such USPS.  Shipping times vary based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
