Thank you for supporting our handmade creations. Each piece is carefully crafted for comfort, beauty, and body wellness. Because our products are handmade and some items are designed for personal use on the feet, legs, and body, we ask that you review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and free from scents, oils, or wear.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Worn body pieces or accessories
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Handmade Variations

Please note that all items are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These details make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Candle Return Policy

We want you to love your candles. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of handmade and burned products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
